Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using JSE Precision CNC machining services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services Description
JSE Precision provides custom CNC machining, 3D printing, and precision manufacturing services. All work is performed to customer approved specifications and drawings. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project complexity. Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.
CAD time will be charged out at £25 per hour and any prototypes will be invoiced for.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- CAD and Prototypes shall be paid for when the customer is satisfied and has approved production.
- Before any production the invoice should be paid in full.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and specifications provided by customers remain the property of the customer. We will not reproduce or share customer designs without explicit written permission. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. We also retain the right to all designs, drawings and specifications that are not provided by the customer unless purchased.
Liability
JSE Precision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific product or service provided.
Quality Assurance
We maintain strict quality control standards and inspect all parts before shipping. However, customers are responsible for verifying that parts meet their specific application requirements and safety standards. This includes any designs, drawings and specifications created by us after the customer has approved the design.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
